Meant to remove the excess and unneeded metal while maintaining its rigid structure for easy swabbing. You’re going to love these decks, even if they aren’t entirely perfect looking due to being hand-cut by an amateur 🤣 I promise they are still perfectly functional and a massive upgrade from the previous version! They even include flat grub screws so you can be sure you won’t snap your leads as easily as the brass version.

Performance & Longevity:

These ceramic heaters are built to withstand daily use with proper care. When used with temp control and cleaned gently, they can last between 3-6 months. However, if you frequently perform burn-off cycles for deeper cleaning, the lifespan may be reduced to 1-2 months due to the heat stress caused by repeated high temperatures. To make maintenance more accessible, The Dab Hut has priced these heaters affordably, so you never have to hesitate to replace or clean them as needed.  However, with good maintenance and a solid understanding of the technology, it’s not unheard of for these heaters to last over a year with repeated, frequent use.

Recommended Use:

Ideal for those who seek optimal performance from their Pocket Rocket, TUG XL, or Lunar Lander setups these ceramic heaters ensure smooth, efficient vaporization with every session. For best results, maintain consistent temperature control and follow gentle cleaning practices.

Settings

• The Dab Hut recommended settings – TCR 180-215 (Sometimes there will be outlier cups that are below the recommended range) – 60W – Temperature as desired – Vaping range 380-520f.
• Burn off cycles should be performed at 42W on auto-fire until clean. This can take two minutes. We have a new profile here that keeps your resistance locked and cleans fast! 
• We run these heaters using a TCR of 180-215 at 75W for a faster heat up of around 8-9 seconds…
• and do burn off cycles at 45W for one minute then 42W until clean as it’s quicker. Occasionally this cracks a coil and it needs replacing but it’s mostly ok… mostly. We highly suggest the new heating profile thought up and delivered by our in-house team, specifically Mo and Skrunkle! 
• Cleaning the modified deck has never been easier! We recommend Dark Crystal Glass Cleaner warmed up and allow your metal parts to soak. You can even continually reheat to break down more of the burnt bits. Then remove once cool enough to handle and use #0000 steel wool, a cotton swab, or both depending how much is on your deck. You can restore the deck to a brand new looking condition this way, even on the parts closest to the heater!

Please note

These heaters have a seam down one side on the outside, this is normal and from manufacturing process. It is nothing to worry about. However, if you can clearly see daylight through the seam, you should immediately let us know for a replacement. These cups are a bit thinner than some smaller designed versions, so they can come undone at the seam during manufacturing or running them out of spec.
