Do you ship to all 50 states?
Yes. We ship all vaporizer and accessory orders to all 50 states via UPS and USPS. Most orders leave our facility the same business day if placed before our cutoff. Drop-ship items from a manufacturer may take an additional business day or two to process. All quoted shipping times are in business days only.
How does pay-later with Sezzle work?
Sezzle splits your order total into four equal payments spaced two weeks apart. The first payment processes at checkout, and the remaining three follow automatically. What is a ball vape and how is it different from an eRig?
A ball vape uses an e-nail coil to heat a titanium or stainless steel ball sitting inside a metal housing. You draw air through it at your own pace, which gives you a lot of control over vapor temperature and density. An eRig is a self-contained unit with its own water filtration built in, often with preset temperature zones and a dab-style loading cup. Ball vapes tend to be more modular and session-friendly. eRigs are typically more plug-and-play. Both have their strengths depending on how you like to consume.
What are store credits and how do I use them?
Store credits are dollar-value credits we issue at our discretion — for promotional deals, as a thank-you for certain behaviors, or to resolve a product issue the right way. What is your return and exchange policy?
We stand behind the products we carry. If something arrives damaged or defective, contact us and we will make it right. Items must be unused and in original packaging to be eligible for a standard return. If you received the wrong item or experienced a fulfillment error on our end, we cover return shipping. For questions on a specific product or situation, reach out directly and we will work through it with you.
Do you offer any bundle deals or discounts?
