Disclosure
We do not sell your Personal Information to third parties. Disclosure of your data occurs only in the limited circumstances described in this policy and in our Terms and Conditions.
Platform and Payment
Our site is hosted on WordPress using WooCommerce — the online e-commerce platform that powers our store. Your data is stored through WooCommerce’s data storage, databases, and the general WooCommerce application, on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payment ProcessingIf you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, WooCommerce stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction — after that it is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our site and its service providers.
Third-Party Services
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use, and disclose your Personal Information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us. However, certain third-party service providers — such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors — have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions. We recommend reading their privacy policies to understand how your Personal Information will be handled.
Once you leave our Site or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our Site’s Terms and Conditions. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements.
Google AnalyticsOur store uses Google Analytics to help us learn about store visits and the pages being viewed. Google Analytics collects data such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent on site. This data is used in aggregate to improve our website experience. You may opt out of Google Analytics tracking via the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

To protect your Personal Information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed.

California Residents
A California resident who has provided Personal Information to a business with whom he/she has established a business relationship for personal, family, or household purposes (“California customer”) is entitled to request information about whether the business has disclosed Personal Information to any third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes.
In general, if the business has made such a disclosure of Personal Information, upon receipt of a request by a California customer, the business is required to provide a list of all third parties to whom Personal Information was disclosed in the preceding calendar year, as well as a list of the categories of Personal Information that were disclosed.
However, under the law, a business is not required to provide the above-described lists if the business adopts and discloses to the public, in its privacy policy, a policy of not disclosing customer’s Personal Information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes unless the customer first affirmatively agrees to the disclosure, as long as the business maintains and discloses this policy.
