The TUG XL Ceramic Heater Replacement is an optional replacement heater designed for use with the Pocket Rocket, TUG XL, and Lunar Lander. Engineered for durability and performance, these high-quality ceramic heaters feature an internal heating element that runs through the base and inside the walls, delivering consistent heat across a fully diffused surface for even vaporization of your concentrates.

Key Features:

• Fully Heated Surface: The ceramic heater’s internal heating element ensures uniform heat distribution, maximizing the efficiency of each dab while enhancing flavor and vapor production.
• Slick Glazed Finish: The internal ceramic surface boasts a smooth glazed coating, making it incredibly easy to clean. Simply wipe it down with a q-tip, leaving a slight oily residue at the end of your session to assist with maintenance and ensure longevity.
• Easy Cleaning & Maintenance: The TUG XL Heater is designed to be low-maintenance, with the slick surface allowing for simple q-tip cleanups after each use. For a deeper clean, burn-off cycles can be performed, though it’s important to note that while effective, frequent burn-offs may reduce the heater’s lifespan.
• Tall Narrow Heater: The TUG XL Heater is approximately 14.5mm tall x 13.2mm diameter with a 11.5mm ID of the cup.

Performance & Longevity:

These ceramic heaters are built to withstand daily use with proper care. When used with temp control and cleaned gently, they can last between 3-6 months. However, if you frequently perform burn-off cycles for deeper cleaning, the lifespan may be reduced to 1-2 months due to the heat stress caused by repeated high temperatures. To make maintenance more accessible, The Dab Hut has priced these heaters affordably, so you never have to hesitate to replace or clean them as needed.  However, with good maintenance and a solid understanding of the technology, it’s not unheard of for these heaters to last over a year with repeated, frequent use.

Settings

• The Dab Hut recommended settings – TCR 90 – 140 / 40-60W – Temperature as desired – Vaping range 380-520f.
• Burn off cycles should be performed at 37W on auto-fire until clean. This can take two minutes, or longer. Don’t go over .90 live resistance to avoid cracking cups.
