The Golden Rule: The $30 Threshold
Store Credit can only be applied when your Cart Subtotal reaches $30.00 or more.
Here is the confusing part: Our current system allows you to enter your store credit code even if your cart is under $30. It looks like it was accepted, but it will not deduct any money from the total until that $30 limit is hit. We know this is confusing and we apologize for the lack of a clear error message!

Another Coupon Lowers the Total
Using another discount code drops your subtotal below the limit.

SUBTOTAL: $25.00

Store Credit will NOT apply.
Store Credit will NOT apply.
ALSO FAILS WHEN…
You Count Shipping in the Total
Shipping costs (like our $5 flat rate) do not count towards the $30 minimum.
Cart Subtotal: $26.00
Shipping Fee: +$5.00
GRAND TOTAL: $31.00
❌ Grand Total is $31, but Subtotal is only $26.
