What Makes It a 3.1
Start from the Cloud 2.1 that ships in the Pocket Mini. Keep the heating deck. Change what surrounds it and how tightly it fits together.

Ceramic Housing, Not Stainless
The Cloud 2.1 wraps its ceramic deck in a stainless steel outer housing. The 3.1 goes ceramic all the way out. Nothing metal sits in the heat path, which is the setup flavor chasers ask for by name and the reason the Black Series built its reputation on ceramic in the first place.

Tighter Seams and Tolerances
This is the real fix. On earlier chambers, reclaim migrates into the gap between the outer housing and the backside of the heating cup, where no Q-tip reaches and no amount of iso soaking helps. The 3.1 closes that gap. Reclaim pools in the cup where you can wipe it out, and the coil lives a normal life instead of getting written off early.

360 Degree Ceramic Heating
Heat comes off the entire chamber wall, not just the floor. Concentrate melts inward from every side, so you get full vaporization instead of a scorched bottom layer and a cold ring of leftovers stuck to the sides after the session ends.

Every surface your concentrate contacts on the way to vapor changes how it tastes. On the 3.1, all of them are ceramic.
Clean Terp Profile
Ceramic holds heat steady and stays chemically quiet. You taste the concentrate, not the chamber. Run the lower end of your temp range and the difference between this and a metal-walled chamber shows up on the first pull.
No Hot Spots, No Scorching
Even wall heating means no single point runs hotter than the rest. Your oil does not carbonize against a glowing coil, which keeps the vapor smooth and keeps the chamber from building baked-on carbon that shortens coil life.
Terp Pearl Friendly
Drop a pearl or two in and the chamber does the rest. Rolling pearls push oil up onto heated wall that would otherwise sit untouched, which stretches a small load further and leaves less behind to clean out later.

The original Pocket models released in July of 2025 take the 3.1 as well. If your Pocket came with a Cloud 3 chamber and you have been fighting reclaim behind the heating cup, this is the fix, and it costs less than replacing the device.

This Is a Coil, Not a Device
You are buying the replacement atomizer by itself. No battery, no mouthpiece, no charging cable. If you do not already own a Pocket Mini or a July 2025 Pocket, this will not do anything on its own.

Coils Are Consumables
Yocan rates the 3.1 for 2,000 plus sessions and covers coils for three months, versus a year on the device itself. That is normal across the category. Load sensible amounts, swab it warm after sessions, and it will run well past the paper.

Ceramic Trades Toughness for Flavor
The stainless housed Cloud 2.1 shrugs off drops better. Ceramic is the flavor pick, and it is the right pick for most people, but if your device lives in a work bag and takes real abuse, keep the 2.1 in the rotation as your travel chamber.

Do Not Overload It
Overfilling any ceramic chamber pushes oil past the deck and into places cleaning cannot reach. Better seams help, they do not make the chamber bottomless. A rice grain sized load per session is the sweet spot and keeps the airpath clean.
