The stock Puffco Pivot chamber is built to a price point. The Voozr 3DXL is built to perform. XL ceramic cup, 3D side-wall heating, and a quick-twist drop-in fit for the Pivot and the Voozr P2A. Now available in Black and Orange. This is the first upgrade most serious Pivot users make.
Three engineering differences. All of them matter for real-world sessions.
|
01
3D Side-Wall Ceramic Heating
The stock Pivot chamber heats primarily from the base coil. The 3DXL wraps ceramic heating elements up the side walls as well, so your concentrate is surrounded by heat on all sides. You get full vaporization at lower set temperatures, which means better terpene preservation and less wasted material sitting on a cold edge.
|
02
XL Capacity, Fewer Reloads
The deeper bowl holds a larger load than the stock chamber. The practical effect is fewer reloads per session and less splash-back when you pull hard. Concentrate stays in the cup where it belongs instead of creeping up the air path and gunking up the stem between uses.
|
03
Twist-In, No Setup Required
The 3DXL uses the same quick-twist connection as the stock Pivot chamber. No tools, no firmware updates, no adapters. Remove the original, thread in the 3DXL, and your next session is ready. The Pivot’s smart heating algorithm drives the chamber the same way it drove the stock one.
|
The 3DXL works as a primary upgrade or a dedicated backup. Both use cases have real advantages.
|
Use Case 01
Puffco Pivot Upgrade
If you have a Puffco Pivot and you are frustrated with limited bowl capacity, splash-back on hard pulls, or uneven heating that leaves residue on the sides, the 3DXL addresses all three. It is a direct drop-in with the same connection interface, runs on the Pivot’s built-in heating algorithm, and does not affect your device warranty in a way that is any different from swapping the stock chamber packs Puffco sells. This is the upgrade most Pivot users reach for first.
|
Use Case 02
Voozr P2A Backup Chamber
If you own the Voozr P2A, the 3DXL fits the same chamber connection. Preload your 3DXL before you head out and swap it in when your active chamber needs cleaning. No downtime, no waiting for a cool-down between loads at a session. Having a second chamber prepped and ready is one of the simplest quality-of-life improvements for heavy P2A users. It also serves as a backup in case your primary chamber burns out.
|
Ceramic is low-maintenance by nature. Two-step routine. Takes less than a minute.
|
01
Daily Swab After Each Hit
While the chamber is still warm after a session, swab the bowl with a dry cotton swab. The residual heat keeps reclaim liquid and easy to lift out. Do not add alcohol to a warm chamber. This takes ten seconds and prevents buildup from baking onto the ceramic walls over time.
|
02
Periodic ISO Deep Clean
When daily swabbing is not keeping up with buildup, remove the chamber from the device and soak it in 90% or higher isopropyl alcohol for 20 to 30 minutes. Do not submerge the device base or expose the pins or threads to liquid. After soaking, let the chamber fully air-dry before reattaching and heating. Never heat a chamber that is still wet inside.
|
Everything needed to swap in and start using immediately.

Will this fit my Puffco Pivot?
Yes. The Voozr 3DXL uses the same twist-lock connection as the stock Puffco Pivot chamber. Remove your current chamber by twisting counterclockwise, thread the 3DXL in clockwise until it seats, and you are ready. No tools, no adapters, no setup process.
It will not fit the Puffco Peak, Peak Pro, Proxy, or any other Puffco device. The Pivot connection is specific to the Pivot form factor. If you are not sure which Puffco device you have, check the base of the unit for the model name or ask in our Discord.
Does it work with the Voozr P2A?
Yes. The Voozr P2A uses the same Pivot-style chamber connection. The 3DXL fits and works the same way in the P2A as it does in the Puffco Pivot. Many P2A owners keep one chamber preloaded as a backup and swap it in when their primary chamber needs cleaning or when they want a larger load for a session.
What makes 3D heating better than standard bottom heating?
Standard bottom-only heating creates a temperature gradient inside the chamber. The material sitting directly on the base gets the most heat, while concentrate on the sides and upper walls gets progressively less. This results in uneven vaporization: parts of your load vaporize quickly while other parts sit and slowly cook, degrading flavor without producing much vapor.
3D side-wall heating brings the ceramic heating elements up the walls so the load is surrounded by heat on all sides. The temperature inside the chamber evens out, which means more efficient extraction at lower temperatures and cleaner flavor on every draw.
How do I know when to replace the chamber?
Ceramic chambers wear out over time, especially with heavy daily use. Signs that your chamber needs replacing: noticeably weaker vapor output even on the highest heat setting, visible cracks in the ceramic bowl, a burnt or chemical taste that does not clear after a deep ISO soak, or the chamber no longer seating securely in the twist connection.
With regular swabbing and periodic ISO cleaning, most users get months of use from a chamber before performance drops noticeably. The 3-month warranty covers manufacturing defects. For wear-related replacement, we keep 3DXL chambers in stock and ship fast.
Can I use different heat settings with the 3DXL?
Yes. The Pivot’s heating modes and temperature settings work the same with the 3DXL as with the stock chamber. The device’s algorithm drives heat output based on the selected mode. Because the 3DXL heats more efficiently with side-wall coverage, some users find they can drop down one heat level compared to their stock chamber settings and still get the same or better vapor output. Start where you normally do and adjust from there.
Do I need to run a burn-off before the first use?
It is good practice. Run 2 to 3 empty heat cycles at your normal temperature setting before loading material for the first time. This burns off any manufacturing residue on the ceramic surface and ensures the first real session is clean-tasting. The process takes under a minute. After that, load and go as normal.
Does the color affect performance?
No. The Black and Orange versions use the same ceramic heating element, the same XL chamber depth, and the same twist-fit connection. The only difference is the color of the outer housing. Pick whichever one you prefer or matches your device. Performance is identical between the two.
