Drop in a beaded stem to cool the Frolic’s notoriously warm vapor, run it like a TinyMight 2, or slide a standard Limelight mouthpiece straight in for direct draw with no airflow adjuster in the way.

Cooler Vapor, Same Power
The stock Frolic cooling unit can run warm. Slot in a beaded glass stem through this adapter and the vapor cools down meaningfully without sacrificing flavor or production. Especially welcome on demand-mode rips at the high end of the temperature range.

Two Loading Styles
Load the Frolic bowl for the classic hybrid convection plus conduction extraction, or load the stem itself for a more pure-convection TinyMight-style hit. Switch between the two depending on the flower, the temp, and what kind of session you want.

Three New Use Cases

The Frolic is already a serious portable. The Direct Output adapter takes that platform and opens it up to the rest of the dry herb ecosystem. Here is what changes when you swap the standard cooling unit for this one.

16mm Stem Compatibility
The mouthpiece bore is sized for 16mm stems, the same stem diameter used by the TinyMight 2. If you already own a collection of beaded glass stems, wood stems, or aftermarket TM2 stems, they slide right in. Your Frolic now runs your existing stem library.

Standard Mouthpiece Direct Fit
Skip the airflow adjuster entirely and drop a standard Limelight fold-out mouthpiece directly into the adapter. You lose the variable airflow control of the stock cooling unit, but you gain a more direct vapor path and a simpler cleaning routine.

S&B Dosing Capsule Ready
The bore geometry accommodates Storz & Bickel Dosing Capsules. Pre-load capsules at home, drop one in for a session, swap it out when the next person wants their own. Useful for shared sessions, microdosing, or just keeping cleanup minimal.

Built to Match

The materials list reads like the Frolic itself. Same engineering plastics, same stainless steel, same precision tolerances. This is a piece of gear designed to integrate into the device, not a third-party adapter bolted on.

Drops into the same socket as the standard Frolic cooling unit. No tools, no modifications. Pop the standard CU off, snap the Direct Output adapter on, you are running.

Adds almost nothing to the Frolic’s overall handfeel. The device still balances correctly with the battery in your palm and the center of gravity stays low.

MATERIALS
PEEK + Ultem + SS + Alu
Same family of materials Limelight uses on the Frolic itself. PEEK and Ultem for the airpath, stainless steel for the contact surfaces, anodized aluminum for the body, and silicone seals for fit. All inert at extraction temperatures.

MAINTENANCE
Tool-Less Disassembly
Pulls apart for cleaning the same way the standard cooling unit does. Wipe with isopropyl after stem use, soak overnight when residue gets thick. No proprietary tools, no fiddly fasteners.

Frolic device sold separately
This is a cooling unit replacement for the Limelight Frolic. It is not the Frolic itself. If you do not already own a Frolic, you can grab the full Frolic Thermal Extractor here and add this adapter on the same order to ship together.

Pick one load, not both
Loading both the Frolic bowl AND the stem in the same session works in theory but the results are uneven. The bowl load extracts well, the stem load does not extract thoroughly, and the doubled-up packing creates noticeable draw resistance. Run them as separate sessions.

No airflow adjuster
The stock cooling unit has the variable 0-25 L/min airflow control built into the mouthpiece base. This adapter does not. You trade variable airflow for stem compatibility and a more direct vapor path. If airflow tuning matters to you, keep the standard CU around for those sessions.

The adapter ships solo. No glass stems, no mouthpieces, no dosing capsules included. If you already own TM2-style stems or Limelight standard mouthpieces, you are set. If not, plan on a small accessory order alongside this adapter.
