Denser Than Beechwood
Black walnut is one of the denser North American hardwoods. It handles heat better, resists wear longer, and feels more substantial in hand than lighter woods. The tight grain structure also means it holds up to repeated thermal cycling without splitting or checking.

Natural Heat Insulation
Wood is a poor conductor of heat by nature, and black walnut’s density makes it one of the better options for a coil grip. During extended sessions, the handle stays comfortable even when the coil is running at full operating temperature.

Gets Better With Age
Black walnut darkens and develops a richer patina the more you use it. The natural oils in the wood respond to handling over time. Six months in, the handle will look better than the day you installed it.

The Wired WOHW Setup
This handle works with most enail coils, but it pairs particularly well with a Crossing 25mm barrel coil and the WOHW Wired Conversion Kit. Together, they give you a locked-coil wired system with a premium wood grip.

Step 1
Install Handle on Coil
This is a tight-fit handle. Slide it onto your enail coil carefully without forcing it to avoid damaging the cable. Take your time. Once seated, the fit is secure and the handle will not rotate or slip during use.

Step 2
Pair with Your Setup
Use the handled coil with any compatible enail setup. For WOHW users, thread the Wired Conversion Kit adapter into your V2 housing and the coil locks directly to the heater for sustained contact and zero heat loss.

This handle is a tight fit by design. Install it carefully and do not force it onto your coil cable. Take your time and work it on gradually. Forcing installation can damage the coil cable. If you are using a Crossing enail coil, the fit may require extra care during installation. |
