Wireless Dock Station — Extended Clearance

More footprint, more clearance, more options. The Bigger Wireless Dock fits coils up to 30mm diameter and 40mm tall, accommodates axial and barrel coils, and includes M5 threaded mounting posts so you can build up to a three-coil workstation. It ships with minor cosmetic blemishes and is priced accordingly.

Extended Coil Clearance
Handles the full range: 16mm, 20mm, 25mm axial, 25mm barrel, and up to 30mm deep axial coils. The extra clearance that the standard Crossing dock does not have. Also accepts bangers and slurpers for concentrate use.

M5 Threads for Multi-Coil Builds
Two M5-threaded mounting holes let you bolt on posts and expand to a two or three-coil workstation. It is now part of the Dual PID and Dual Coil SS WOHW bundle with the 25mm auto spinner kit.

Cosmetic blemishes are normal on these units. Minor scratches and nicks are expected. Function is unaffected. Priced below the Crossing dock for that reason. If you need pristine cosmetics, the Crossing Wireless Dock is the cleaner option.

What It Does

Built for the Bigger Coil. Bigger Setup.

This dock was designed to solve a real problem: the standard Crossing dock maxes out at 25mm barrel coils with minimal clearance for anything taller or wider. The Bigger Dock gives you room to work with the full spectrum of coil sizes and accessories.

Extended Coil Clearance
Accommodates coils up to 30mm in diameter and 40mm tall. That covers 16mm, 20mm, 25mm axial, 25mm barrel, 25mm deep axial, and the larger 30mm coils used with bangers and slurpers. The standard Crossing dock does not fit these without putting the coil base uncomfortably close to the dock floor.

Coil Guard and Safety
The clamped coil sits behind the guard wall so there is no exposed hot surface at the front of the dock. Same function as the Crossing dock in this regard. The dock body soaks some heat between hits, which is why your PID reading may drift slightly and require a 10F bump to compensate.

Secure Coil Clamping
The clamp mechanism holds the coil firmly in position during a session so it does not shift when you seat or pull the heater. The larger internal clearance means coil installation and removal is less tight than the Crossing dock, which is an advantage for deep dish and oversized coils that can be finicky to seat in a tight dock.

Hole Layout

Ten Holes. All Useful.

The deck surface keeps your tools, bowls, and accessories within reach while the coil heats. The hole sizing does not match the most common accessory sizes exactly, but the layout is functional and workable with adapters.

2x
30mm Holes
Large enough for scoop tools, dab tools, or a titanium matrix bowl stem. Future versions may include tapers for better accessory fit.

4x
15.3mm Holes
Holds slimmer dab tools, carb caps, and small accessories. Not a common standard size, but workable for most everyday tool storage.

4x
20.4mm Holes
Sits between 18mm and 22mm, usable for cotton tips, scoop handles, or small adapter stems. Modifications are planned if this dock continues in the lineup.

Expandability

M5 Threads Make This a Multi-Station

The two M5-threaded holes in the dock body are the feature that separates this from every other dock in the lineup. Standard M5 mounting posts thread directly in and extend the surface area of the dock to hold additional coils. You can run up to three coils off a single dock surface.

01
Single Coil Setup
Clamp one coil in the center guard. Run one heater from one PID. Standard ball vape session. This is the same use case as every other dock on the market and the minimum configuration for this unit.

02
Dual Coil with M5 Post
Thread an M5 post into one of the mounting holes and mount a second coil off the post. Run two coils from a Dual PID. Two heaters, two bowls, two independent temperature channels. Back-to-back hits without waiting for the first coil to recover, or two users on the same station simultaneously. This is the configuration in the Dual PID SS WOHW bundle.

03
Three-Coil Station
Use both M5 threaded holes with posts to create a three-coil workstation. One coil in the center guard, one on each post. Three independent heating channels off a multi-channel PID or separate controllers. This is the upper end of what the dock geometry supports and it turns the Bigger Dock into a genuine session station for group use or multi-tool workflows.

Dock Comparison

Which Dock is Right for You?

We carry four dock solutions at different price points and capability levels. Here is an honest breakdown of what each one is and who it is for.

Honest Notes

Know Before You Buy

Real information that will save you a bad first session and set expectations correctly from the start.

Expected

Cosmetic Blemishes Ship on Every Unit
We have not been able to source a batch without minor scratches, nicks, or blemishes. This is a known issue with the supplier and not something we can sort at our end. The dock functions identically to one without cosmetic marks. We price it below the Crossing dock specifically because of this. If clean cosmetics matter to you, the Crossing Wireless Dock is the right buy instead.

Temperature

You May Need to Bump Your Set Point
The dock body absorbs radiant heat from the coil and transfers some of it to the PID sensor, which can cause the controller to read slightly warmer than the actual coil temperature. If your hits feel weaker than expected or you are not getting the same performance as a previous setup, increase your set point in 10F increments until you dial it back in. This is not a defect.

Coil Fit

Deep Dish and 30mm Coils Work With Caveats
Deep dish and 30mm coils fit this dock with roughly 1mm of clearance to the dock walls at the closest points. The dock will heat up more than it would with a standard coil because of increased radiant heat from the larger coil mass. It works, but expect more heat soak into the dock body and plan to run slightly higher set points compared to your usual baseline.

Coil Compatibility

Axial and Barrel Coils Both Work Here
Unlike the Crossing Wireless Dock, which is barrel coil only, the Bigger Dock accepts 25mm axial, 25mm barrel, and deep axial coils. If you are running the 25mm 10-wrap deep axial coil or a non-standard coil that does not fit the Crossing dock, this is your dock. Confirm your coil outer diameter and height before ordering if you are running something outside the 25mm standard.

What’s in the Box

Note: M5 mounting posts and secondary coil holders are not included in this listing. Standard M5 hardware is widely available. The dock ships dock-only unless purchased as part of a bundle.

Common Questions

Bigger Dock FAQ

The questions we get most before a dock purchase. Discord gets you a same-day answer on anything not covered here.

What is the difference between this and the Crossing Wireless Dock?

Three main differences. First, coil clearance: the Crossing dock is built specifically for the 25mm barrel coil with tight tolerances. The Bigger Dock fits coils up to 30mm diameter and 40mm tall, including axial, deep axial, and 30mm bangers. Second, the M5 threaded holes: only the Bigger Dock has these, which is what enables multi-coil post mounts. The Crossing dock has no expansion capability. Third, quality control: the Crossing dock has better cosmetic finish and tighter manufacturing tolerances. The Bigger Dock ships with minor blemishes and is priced lower as a result.

If you are running a standard 25mm barrel coil and want the cleanest daily-driver dock, buy the Crossing. If you need to fit a bigger coil or you want to build toward a multi-coil workstation, buy this one.

Does the 25mm axial coil fit this dock?

Yes. Unlike the Crossing Wireless Dock, which is barrel coil only, the Bigger Dock accepts 25mm axial coils, 25mm barrel coils, and 25mm deep axial coils. This is important if you are using the 10-wrap deep axial coil, which does not fit the Crossing dock at all. If your build uses an axial coil and you need a dock, this is your primary option in the lineup alongside the Simple Machined Aluminum Stand and the Coil Stand and Clamp.

How do I set up a three-coil station with M5 posts?

The dock has two M5-threaded holes in the body. Standard M5 mounting posts thread directly into these holes. Each post can hold a secondary coil holder or clamp. One coil clamps inside the main guard in the center of the dock, and one coil can be mounted on each post to either side. That gives you three coil positions off a single dock surface.

M5 hardware is standard metric sizing and widely available online. The posts are not included with the dock. You need a multi-channel or dual PID to run more than one coil independently. The Dual PID and Dual Coil SS WOHW bundle uses this configuration with two coils and the 25mm auto spinner kit as part of a single station. Hit Discord if you want specifics on the post hardware we have tested and found to work well.

My hits feel weaker than with my previous setup. What is happening?

This is the heat soak issue. The dock body absorbs radiant heat from the coil and the PID sensor reads this as higher than the actual coil temperature, meaning your real coil temperature is lower than what the display shows. The fix is straightforward: increase your set point in 10F increments until you get back to the vapor density you are used to. Most users land 10 to 30F higher on this dock than they would on a standard dock or bare coil setup.

This is not a defect and it is not specific to this dock. Any dock that thermally couples with the coil will show the same behavior. The Crossing dock does it too, just slightly less because the tolerances are tighter and the thermal contact is more predictable.

What is the Dual PID SS WOHW bundle and does this dock come included?

Yes, the Bigger Wireless Dock is standard equipment in the Dual PID and Dual Coil SS WOHW bundle. The bundle pairs two SS WOHW heaters with two independently controlled coils, a dual-channel PID, and the 25mm auto spinner kit for concentrate sessions. The M5 threaded holes in this dock are what make the dual-coil post mount possible, which is why this dock was selected for that bundle over the Crossing dock.

If you are building toward a two-heater station and want everything spec’d and ready to go in one order, the Build-Your-Own listing is where you configure it. You can also reach out via Discord or the contact page if you want a hand configuring the dual-coil build before ordering.

Can I use a 30mm banger with this dock for concentrates?

Yes, with the caveat that the clearance is tight. A 30mm coil fits inside the dock with roughly 1mm of clearance to the guard walls at the closest points. It will clamp and hold, but the dock body heats up more than it would with a 25mm coil because of increased radiant heat from the larger coil surface area. Expect more temperature variance between the PID reading and actual coil temperature and plan to bump your set point accordingly.

For slurpers that use oversized coils, this dock was designed with that use case in mind and is explicitly the better choice over the Crossing dock for that application. The Crossing dock should not be used with 30mm coils at all.

The dock is working out great, definitely a improving on the original.
Fits the 25mm deep axial perfect, plus it has threading for adding another coil or two.
