How It Works
The 510 Conversion
The adapter bridges the gap between your Pivot or Voozr atomizer and any 510 box mod. Three things make it work.
|
01
510 Threading
The base of the adapter is a standard 510 male thread. It connects directly to any box mod the same way any 510 atomizer would. No modifications needed on your box mod side. If it takes a 510 atomizer, it takes this adapter.
|
02
Adjustable Center Pin
Pivot and Voozr chambers sit at different center contact heights. The threaded screw at the base adjusts up and down with a flathead screwdriver to match the contact depth of whichever chamber you are running. You set it once per chamber type.
|
03
On-Demand Power
The adapter bypasses session mode entirely. Your box mod fires the atomizer directly, which means you fire when you want to fire and stop when you want to stop. Wattage, temperature, and duration are all controlled by your box mod settings.
|
Compatibility
What It Fits
Designed for two atomizer platforms. The adjustable contact handles both without any hardware changes between swaps.
|
Platform One
Voozr Chambers
All Voozr atomizer heads are compatible, including the P2A. The center contact height differs from Pivot-style chambers, so dial your screw depth in for Voozr before seating the chamber. A P2A atomizer-only option is available with this listing for those who need the chamber and adapter together.
|
Platform Two
Pivot and Puffco-Style Chambers
Standard Pivot atomizers and Puffco-style chambers with the same contact geometry fit the adapter. The threaded screw accommodates the contact height difference between these and Voozr chambers. If you are running a Pivot chamber, this adapter frees you from the Pivot battery entirely.
|
Setup
Installing Your Chamber
Takes about two minutes the first time. Once your contact height is set for a given chamber type, you are done adjusting.
|
01
Thread Onto Your Box Mod
Screw the 510 end of the adapter onto your box mod as you would any standard atomizer. Hand-tight is fine. Make sure your box mod is powered off or locked during setup.
|
02
Set the Contact Screw
Use a flathead screwdriver on the bottom of the adapter. Back the screw out approximately one full turn. This creates room for the chamber’s center contact pin to seat properly without getting pinched during installation.
|
03
Seat the Chamber and Snug
Place your Pivot or Voozr chamber onto the adapter top. Then tighten the contact screw back in about one and a half turns until you feel resistance. Do not crank it down. The chamber should sit flush and stable without excessive force on the screw.

Session Mode Requires a Compatible Box Mod
The adapter removes built-in session mode from your atomizer. You can replicate it if your box mod has programmable wattage curves or a timer mode, but a basic unregulated or wattage-only mod will fire on-demand only. If session mode is important to your routine, confirm your box mod has that capability before ordering.
|
Heads Up
Do Not Overtighten the Contact Screw
This is called out in the installation steps but worth repeating. The adjustment screw should be snugged in about one and a half turns after backing it out for chamber installation. Cranking it down hard can damage the center contact or the chamber’s pin. Firm contact, not maximum torque, is all that is needed.

A 510 Box Mod Is Not Included
This adapter is the bridge between your atomizer and a box mod you already own or plan to purchase separately. The adapter alone, the adapter with a Voozr P2A device, and the adapter with a P2A atomizer only are all available as variants above. A box mod is not included in any option.

Contact Screw Setting Varies by Chamber
Voozr and Pivot chambers use different center contact heights. If you swap between both chamber types, you will need to re-adjust the screw depth each time you switch. It is a quick two-step adjustment, but it is not an automatic swap. Most users pick one platform and leave the screw set for that chamber type.
